A Lower East Side spa is rubbing authorities the wrong way.

The city is poised to permanently shutter the Orchid Spa on Grand Street, claiming the massage parlor is a front for prostitution.

A March 15 lawsuit, which asks a judge to order the business be padlocked, says three NYPD undercovers who visited the “spa” in November were offered “manual stimulation” for $60 to $80 a pop and oral sex for $80.

During a Nov. 21 raid, one of the women who agreed to perform a sex act was charged with prostitution. Police also arrested a john and the woman he allegedly paid $140 for a massage and sexual intercourse, court papers show.

The probe was sparked by a 911 complaint in November, the Manhattan Supreme Court suit says.

A Grand Street neighbor told The Post last week he saw “ladies come and go” and “assumed” there might be illegal activity going on.

The city has temporarily closed the alleged rub-and-tug. “A closing order is necessary to abate this serious public nuisance,” the lawsuit says.
