A city worker allegedly assaulted his girlfriend’s daughter early Saturday, cops said.
Benjamin Castro, 43, a highway repairer for the city Department of Transportation, allegedly choked and slapped the 23-year-old woman around 3:20 a.m., police said.
He was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, assault and harassment, authorities said.
The woman refused medical attention.
Meanwhile, another city employee, Shaji Koruthu, 44 — who works as an NYPD computer associate — was arrested Friday morning for allegedly swiping a cell phone another customer left at the counter of a Flushing, Queens business.
He was charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.
