Give up the funk — or give back our money!

Legendary funk master George Clinton and his band Parliament Funkadelic have been slapped with a lawsuit claiming they failed to perform at a Queens nightclub — and then kept a $15,000 deposit anyway.

Owners of La Boom New York also allege in their Queens Supreme Court suit that Clinton, 70, and the band performed at another venue the same August 2011 night they were contracted to play the Woodside club.

But Clinton’s agent, Jeff Allen, said, “La Boom chose to cancel the show. [The club] said there was no show and wanted the money back — it doesn’t work that way.”
