The Hell’s Kitchen strip club stiffs its DJ and skims the tips of its dancers by forcing patrons to make it rain with fake “executive currency” bills the girls must cash in for real dollars — but only after paying a 10 percent “processing fee,” says a suit filed in Manhattan federal court.

A club manager declined to comment.
