A clubgoer who chucked a wine glass at a model’s face in a Meatpacking District lounge pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct Wednesday in a Manhattan court.

Kathleen Ward, 24, withdrew her guilty plea of assault and copped to disorderly conduct — a violation, not a crime — as part of the plea deal she took last August.

She completed 100 hours of community service in exchange for the lesser charge for bashing cat walker Brittani Bader in the head at Provocateur on March 7, 2015.
