A Manhattan co-op board booted an eccentric dog walker from her West Village apartment, The Post has learned.

Susan Perry, 64, is accused in court papers of causing several ruckuses at 61 Jane St., including allegedly attacking the doorman, sleeping in the lobby, screaming at residents and holding a knife while wandering through the lobby.

“They have made my life a living nightmare,” a teary-eyed Perry said.

A lawyer for the co-op declined to comment.
