Two employees of a posh Upper West Side co-op were charged Wednesday with stealing from the apartment of a deceased resident.

Steve Decker, 59, of Secaucus, NJ, and Louis Mercado, 53, of Manhattan, were charged with stealing $2 million in stock certificates from the empty apartment of Anne Minosion at 185 West End Ave. after she died in 2016 at the age of 87.

They then tried to sell the stock for gold coins “so their ill-gotten gains couldn’t be traced to them,” according to Acting US Attorney Joon Kim. They pleaded not guilty in Manhattan federal court.
