A disgraced ex-cop was sentenced to 11-plus years in the slammer yesterday for a string of drug crimes that included robbing a cocaine courier of more than $150,000 while in uniform.

Juan Acosta, 34, bowed his head in shame while apologizing for betraying his fellow NYPD officers and said he had learned a valuable lesson since getting locked up in December.

“Making an honest dollar is better than making a hundred dollars the easy way,” he said as several supporters wept in Manhattan federal court.
