An alleged coke dealer was busted with 13 kilos of cocaine in upper Manhattan after police spotted a package of blow peeking out from inside a seat cushion, police sources said.

Cops pulled over Hector Cedeno, 34, for having too much tint on the windows of his 2001 Acura in Washington Heights at about 11:30 p.m. Thursday.

Anti-crime cops noticed he was acting nervous and spotted the first kilo near the passenger seat, sources said.

When police searched the entire car, they hit the mother lode, finding a secret hydraulic-operated compartment, which contained 12 additional kilos, sources said.
