Admitted gang member and coke addict Carlos Blanco has a long and unsavory past — including stealing a car with a child in the back seat in 1991.

The 42-year-old, six-time felon is currently doing 6½ to 13 years for bail-jumping and possessing 18 bags of cocaine.

He’s been disciplined 32 times by prison officials for various infractions, including violent conduct, fighting and smuggling, court papers say.

In Florida in 1991, Blanco led police on a high-speed chase after a traffic stop. According to court papers, he jumped from the car while driving and continued fleeing on foot.

Two weeks later, in Manhattan, he and a co-defendant hijacked a car with a child in the back seat and again led cops on a high-speed chase, prosecutors said.

The next year, he was arrested in Manhattan with 13 bags of cocaine and three bags of heroin — and fought with the cops as they tried to collar him.

His arrest in the current case happened in 2002, just eight months after being released from his previous stint.

Incredibly, he made bail and was — yet again — arrested in The Bronx for possession of a forged instrument, but gave cops a phony name.
