Coltrane home on danger list
The modest Long Island home where jazzman John Coltrane composed his masterpiece album “A Love Supreme” was added to a list of endangered places yesterday by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
He lived in the ranch-style house in Dix Hills from 1964 until his death in 1967.
