The Columbia University graduate who was accused of raping “Mattress Girl” Emma Sulkowicz says in a suit against the school that the term “rapist” is anti-male.

Paul Nungesser’s Manhattan federal-court suit says the school discriminated against him in allowing Sulkowicz to call him a “rapist,” even though he was never charged as such.
