In some neighborhoods of the city, not one resident has returned a US Census form, Mayor Bloomberg reported yesterday.

“This really is worrisome,” the mayor said at his second press conference in two weeks pleading with New Yorkers to fill out the forms. With the mail-in deadline looming April 15, just 6 percent of the city has participated in the count.
