A second member of Community Board 2 — which has an advisory role on zoning, land use and liquor licensing — has been fined by the Conflicts of Interest Board for accepting a a free membership at the swanky Soho House in the Meatpacking District.

John Sweeney, the board’s Landmarks Committee chairman, said he didn’t solicit the freebie, but still accepted the offer.

Last year, a former Community Board 2 member was fined for accepting a Soho House access pass for 10 years.
