A Brooklyn day-care provider faces up to seven years in prison on charges of ripping off the city by enrolling phantom children in her programs, the Brooklyn DA announced yesterday.

Liliana Godzhinsky, 63, is charged with submitting $25,000 worth of falsified vouchers and phony attendance records to the Administration for Children’s Services for three children who never attended her Luna Park Day Care Center in Coney Island.

The children were registered in the program by their mother, who was acting as an undercover for the DA’s office after being approached by Godzhinsky to participate in the scam, DA Charles Hynes said.
