A cowardly con is going to jail for 16 years for admitted violent push-in muggings of five elderly men in Manhattan last summer

The oldest victim of Robert Stewart, 51, was a 91-year-old he grabbed and beat in the West Village.

He mugged three of the victims, ages 61, 76 and 77, at Stuyvesant Town and Cooper Village. He also mugged a 77-year-old in Harlem. The victims were wrestled with and shoved to the ground as Stewart grabbed for their wallets.

“I believe you reap what you sow, in the case of my actions,” Stewart, who has a previous burglary conviction, told the court, speaking from behind a legal-sized manila folder his lawyer held to shield his face from a news photographer.
