That’s just plain un-American: The president of a concrete-testing company was convicted yesterday of doctoring test results at the Freedom Tower, 7 World Trade Center and the new Yankee Stadium.
Testwell Laboratories President Reddy Kancharla was also found guilty of concocting results for the slow-going Second Avenue Subway project, the new JetBlue terminal at JFK, and an office building at 1033 Sixth Ave.
While Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Edward McLaughlin accepted a partial verdict in the four-month trial yesterday, he also ordered the jurors to keep deliberating on dozens of charges that they’ve been unable to agree on. Dareh Gregorian
