A convicted criminal opened fire on a Staten Island home belonging to an ex-cop, leaving bullet holes in the house and cars parked outside, sources said Raymond Bellido, 35, fired opened fire at around 2:30 a.m. on Jan. 2 after he had some kind of dispute involving the ex-cop’s daughter, according to law-enforcement sources.
Raymond BellidoThere were no injuries.
Bellido was arrested on Jan. 8 and police raided his Arden Heights storage locker, where they said they found two assault rifles, one 9mm Smith & Wesson, ammunition, ski masks, and an official NYPD turtleneck jersey.
Bellido was charged with eight counts of criminal possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment, and criminal mischief.
Cops are investigating how Bellido obtained the NYPD paraphernalia, according to the sources.
The ex-con has previously been arrested for grand larceny, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest.
