A man who allegedly pistol-whipped an NYPD cop and tried to rob him on Friday night asked a judge Sunday for an order of protection from the officer.

“He tried to shoot me!” Timothy Frederique, 21, bellowed as the Suffolk County judge gave an order of protection — to the cop, against Frederique. “Do I get one on him?”

Frederique is being held in lieu of $25,000 bond.
