A lawyer is accusing NYPD officers of roughing up his client in Brooklyn.

The incident was captured on a videotape — which has been turned over to the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office — the attorney, Fred Lichtmacher said.

“There’s a lot of kicking, a lot of punching,” said Lichtmacher, who represents two men, Nagi Bensin and Davial Rowe. Both were arrested after the run-in with the cops.

Brooklyn prosecutors are reviewing surveillance video after a man said NYPD officers brutalized him.

Benson said the officers attacked him early on New Year’s Day after dispersing a large crowd.

The apartment building surveillance video shows a man being pulled into an alleyway, kicked and beaten.

Benson filed notice last week that he intends to sue the city for $5 million. Rowe is also planning a lawsuit.

NYPD officials said they hadn’t seen the video and declined to comment.

Last week, two NYPD patrolmen were suspended. Authorities said a video showed them beating a handcuffed suspect during a Bronx undercover drug operation.
