Two NYPD vehicles collided with a taxi in Brownsville early Wednesday while en route to a location where a chase was underway, according to authorities.

The police cars — one a marked cruiser, the other an unmarked Chevy Impala — were speeding south on Thomas S Boyland Street when they hit the cab at Sutter Avenue just before 2 a.m.

Both police cars had been rushing to assist with a foot pursuit in progress, cops said. The outcome of that chase was not immediately clear.

No one was seriously injured, according to the FDNY. Emergency responders treated one taxi passenger at the scene, and transported three officers to Kings County Hospital and two to Jamaica Hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
