An allegedly drunk NYPD detective was arrested after crashing his car on the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway last night, authorities said.

Thomas Handley, a detective from the 90th precinct in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, crashed his car around 11:30 p.m. He was not hurt.

The police charged Handley with driving while intoxicated, and he was suspended, according to the cops.

Police would not comment on whether he had any violations in the past.
