An explosive suit against the NYPD says a white cop handcuffed a black woman for no reason, then dragged her from her Bronx home in just a tank top and shorts.

The lawsuit, filed by lab assistant Shelly Huggins, 31, charges discrimination, false arrest and more.

Huggins said she and her brother were arguing last December when cops showed up and asked for ID.

When she refused to identify herself in her home, she was carted off, the suit says.
