An embattled NYPD detective claims he’s been repeatedly forced to pee in a cup and have hair shaved off his legs as part of campaign of illegal retaliation for filing discrimination complaints against the city.

In a $5 million notice of claim, Detective David Terrell alleges that the NYPD uses a computer algorithm to ensure minority cops get drug-tested more frequently than their white counterparts.

Terrell, who is African-American, told The Post he underwent a urine test on Sept. 23 and hair tests on March 15 and April 27.

“The last time, I got cut,” he said. “It wasn’t that bad a cut, but they shouldn’t have done that.”

The NYPD referred questions to the city Law Department, which said it “will review the notice of claim.”
