Cincinelli, 35, is accused of

, Isaiah Carvalho, killed amid their bitter divorce.

Last Tuesday, she got in hot water for skirting the court’s conference-calling rules during her latest call to her kids from the Manhattan Detention Center, officials said Thursday.

A court-appointed psychologist was on the line as required, but when he tried to get the 12-year-old removed from the call, Cincinelli became argumentative and the shrink had to end the call, he said.

“I have concerns about continuing these calls if Miss Cincinelli is going to display such poor judgement and behavior,” the boy’s lawyer, Hani Moskowitz, told the judge, who suspended calls.
