These fouls were flagrant.

While most Knicks fans joyously celebrated the team’s Game 2 win in the NBA Finals Friday night, one female bully used the occasion to allegedly beat down NYPD cops.

Karley Reyes, who was at the watch party outside Madison Square Garden with 6,500 others, went berserk after a cop ordered her to get back behind a barrier she had just jumped, police said.

She then allegedly punched a female cop—bloodying her face — and bit another officer on the wrist, declaring “Mmm tasty,”during the 11:45 p.m. melee, officials said.

Reyes, 29, of Jamaica, Queens, was arrested and charged with assault, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration, cops said. She has no prior arrests.

The head of the city’s largest police union said the officer bled profusely after the punch.

“A victory celebration shouldn’t end with blood pouring down a police officer’s face,” Police Benevolent Association President Patrick Hendry said. She received stitches for her wounds at a nearby hospital.

“Our sister was just doing her job, trying to keep everyone safe in the pandemonium folowing the Knicks Game 2 win, when an individual jumped over a barrier and punched her in the face, hard enough to leave a bloody gash,” Hendry said.

Hendry called the assault “completely unacceptable” and said it “cannot be tolerated.” He pledged the union would be in court “to make sure this individual faces the consequences she deserves.”

A nervous-looking Reyes appeared Saturday at her arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court, with her dark hair pulled back in a bun.

She wore a black graphic T-shirt with the words “hope, strong, warrior” outlined in red, with long black pants.

Prosecutor Olivia Tucker asked the judge to set bail for the amount of $25,000 in cash, $75,000 insurance bond and $75,000 for a partially secured bond.

Reyes was walking against the flow of pedestrian traffic on Seventh Avenue during the watch party and ignored the instructions of the police officer who told her “she could not walk that way,” Tucker said.

She allegedly ignored the caution, and when cops stopped her, Reyes allegedly “punched the officer in the face and forehead causing a laceration at the forehead resulting in bleeding,” Tucker said.

“The defendant was wearing bracelets on the wrists causing injury,” she added.

Tucker showed a photo of the injured officer to Judge Robert Rosenthal, who said he was”moved by” the image.

Reyes was “unruly and uncontrollable, kicking her feet up in the air,” while being transported after her arrest, authorities said. When she was told to stop, she allegedly “bit an officer and said, ‘Mmm, tasty,” Tucker said.

Reyes is an aesthetician and works at JFK “interacting with people going through the airport,” said public defender Chanel Sochacki, who noted she had no prior convictions.

Reyes was released on her own recognizance, with Rosenthal warning her “any failure to miss a date, any failure to miss anything will result in a warrant in your arrest.”

Hendry, who attended the hearing, was floored by the judge’s decision to let Reyes go.

“This is a blatant, vile attack on a New York City police officer,” Hendry raged. “She has headaches, pain, and a long road to recovery. We’re disappointed that the judge allowed her to walk out in the streets. We will be at every court date going forward.”

There were 26 people taken into custody at the Friday watch party — including one who had a loaded Glock 45 with an extended magazine, counterfeit cash and narcotics, police sources said.
