A police officer charged in the ticket-fixing scandal was arrested for assault Wednesday after allegedly slugging his Bronx neighbor, sources said.

Luis Rodriguez, 46, got into argument with the neighbor’s wife, and her husband later came home and allegedly slugged the cop in the face.

Rodriguez hit back, police sources said. Both were arrested for assault.

Rodriguez was charged in the ticket scandal with 149 counts, including grand larceny, official misconduct and obstruction of governmental administration.

He has pleaded not guilty, and the case is still being adjudicated.
