An NYPD officer, who was once was named Cop of the Month in his Queens precinct, was charged Saturday with choking his wife and pushing his 16-year-old daughter in their St. Albans home, police said.

Richard Phipps, 42, faces assault and other charges.

Phipps, who was suspended without pay, was honored as Cop of the Month in September 2013 for capturing a burglar and recovering his gun.
