A firework launched from a Brooklyn rooftop struck a cop on patrol late Tuesday night, police said.
The cop was walking a foot patrol in Crown Heights around 11:45 p.m. when the firework struck him in the leg near the corner of Ralph Avenue and Pacific Street, according to police.
He was taken to Kings County Hospital with bruising to his leg.
No arrests were made in the incident as of early Wednesday morning.
