A Manhattan woman who was allegedly raped in her apartment by an NYPD officer last year is suing the city and the two cops charged in the case.

The lawsuit, filed yesterday in Manhattan federal court, seeks $57 million in damages from Officers Kenneth Moreno, 41, and Franklin Mata, 27.

Moreno is accused of raping the woman, 27, whom he helped escort back to her apartment Dec. 7, while Mata allegedly stood as a lookout.

A cabby had called police to the East Village building because she had been drinking and couldn’t get out of the car.

The cops were charged in April with rape, burglary and official misconduct. Their lawyers did not return messages last night.

A Law Department spokeswoman called the allegations “a very serious matter” and promised a thorough review of the suit.
