A man allegedly shot last year by a cop assigned to Mayor Bloomberg’s security detail was arrested last week after Queens cops pulled his truck over and learned he had 10 outstanding warrants, The Post has learned.

Lepaul Gammons, 39, was stopped by 106th Precinct officers, who also found his license had been suspended 113 times, law-enforcement sources said.

He was charged with reckless driving, possession of a forged instrument (plates) and driving with a suspended license.

Last Nov. 15, an off-duty Leopold McLean, 46, found Gammons in the home of McLean’s girlfriend, who had an order of protection against Gammons. Authorities say McLean told Gammons that he had something for him — then shot him in the butt as he ran away.

McLean was arrested on charges that included second-degree attempted murder and first-degree assault.
