A Brooklyn cop accidentally shot himself in his station house yesterday, police said.

The officer was wounded at 6:40 p.m. at the 67th Precinct headquarters in East Flatbush.

He had just placed a suspect in a holding cell and was re-holstering his gun when it discharged, sources said.

He was taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.
