The NYPD has suspended without pay a cop found drunk and asleep at the wheel with his idling car facing oncoming traffic at about 3 a.m. Thanksgiving, a source said yesterday.

The same cop, Anthony Rodriguez, 27, pleaded guilty this month to a charge of resisting arrest following a boozy meltdown at a Mets game in Citi Field in June.

This time, he was stripped of his gun and shield after being discovered in The Bronx out cold with the keys in the ignition and the lights and radio on, sources said.

After refusing to take a Breathalyzer test, he was charged with DWI.
