Cop unions grill Quinn
Christine Quinn’s proposal to set up an inspector general of the NYPD could come back to haunt her campaign for mayor.
An endorsement meeting with a group of police unions — the Uniformed Employees Coalition — was downright hostile, according to one source, who said Quinn was hit with tough questions on the IG issue.
“She came late, left early and seemed uncomfortable the entire time,” the source said. Quinn’s staff denied she left early.
