A cop feared he had shot a colleague during a chaotic 2010 incident in Westchester that resulted in the death of a college student, according to a police document.

The father of Pace University football player Danroy Henry Jr. released it yesterday.

According to the document, Mount Pleasant Officer Ronald Beckley told a lieutenant a few hours after the shooting that he feared he had shot Pleasantville Officer Aaron Hess.

Hess has said he shot Henry after being hit by Henry’s car and thrown onto the hood.

Beckley said he heard gunshots, saw the car speeding toward him, and fired his own gun.
