Cops have arrested a man
on the No. 1 train — and who may have also groped the twin sister of one of the victims several years ago, police sources said.
Ken Jacobson, 44, was taken into custody at the Manhattan Special Victims Unit Monday evening, according to the sources. Police said he was charged with several counts of forcible touching, sexual abuse and harassment.
In the first incident, a 24-year-old woman was accosted by a man who began rubbing the outside of her thigh on a train near the 66th Street station around 5:40 p.m. Sept. 19.
Two days later, the same man was believed to have groped an 18-year-old by rubbing the inside of her thigh near the Times Square station around 6:45 p.m.
The woman managed to snap a picture of the pervert before he got off the train.
After reporting that incident, the victim’s 18-year-old twin sister told cops the same man touched her at some point between 2011 and 2012 when she was 13.
