Cops have collared a 23-year-old man in the subway shove at the Bryant Park station Wednesday evening.

Justin Pena was picked up by the NYPD Thursday afternoon and charged with attempted murder, Police Commissioner Dermot Shea tweeted.

Pena allegedly attacked the 36-year-old man while waiting for the B or D train at the 42nd Street-Bryant Park station around 6:50 p.m. after the straphanger refused to give money to the panhandler, according to police.

Pena allegedly punched the man multiple times and pushed him on the tracks, cops said.

The man was able to pull himself to safety and was treated at Bellevue Hospital for minor injuries to his knee and hands.

Police made the collar less than 12 hours after releasing photos of the suspect Thursday morning.
