The enraged subway rider who attacked a man after an argument with the victim’s wife over a seat was arrested this week.

The incident, which another straphanger caught on video, happened on a northbound 5 train on Jan. 20 at 3:30 p.m.

Police say the argument started in Manhattan, when the woman tried to squeeze into a seat next to Patrick Crow, 34, who was wearing a reflective vest. The woman told police that he elbowed her and she elbowed him back before the two launched into a tirade that lasted across the river and four stops into the Bronx, at Jackson Avenue.

“I’m gonna f— your n—– up,” Crow screamed over and over again after pummeling the woman’s 38-year-old husband with a series of hard punches and kicks that left him on the floor of the train.

Cops arrested Crow, of Mount Vernon, N.Y., on Wednesday afternoon, charging him with assault and harassment.
