Police tracked down the second suspect involved in a drug-store robbery in East Harlem, police said.

The suspect, whose name has not yet been released, was arrested in Rhode Island at around 8 a.m. this morning.

The gunman and his accomplice, Rudolph Wyatt, 23, held up the Rx Center on First Avenue and East 119th Street at 11 a.m. April 12.

The crooks yelled for everyone in the store– which included a manager, two employees and five customers, one of whom had a baby in a stroller — to “get down,” before demanding cash and painkillers.

The thugs fled after the heist, but Wyatt didn’t make it very far.

Barnes quickly opened fire and blew away Wyatt, blasting him in the left cheek and once in the skull.
