A serial thief preyed on Harlem and Washington Heights hipsters in their apartment buildings — ­attacking and robbing five men and stabbing one of them, police said.

Rahiem Harden, 20, was arraigned Wednesday in Manhattan Criminal Court on assault and robbery charges for the five attacks.

On Jan. 3, he allegedly stabbed a man inside the victim’s West 156th Street building. The man survived.
