A 19-year-old man was busted in connection with the fatal shooting of another teen at point-blank range in the Bronx last month, cops said.

Wesley Torres was arrested Wednesday in connection to the Sept. 10 slaying of Kether Werts, 17, of Belmont, according to police.

He has been charged with murder, authorities said.

Disturbing footage released by the NYPD days after the incident shows Werts, who was previously shot in the foot, trying to escape but falling to the ground.

He attempted to crawl away, but then the gunman approached, held the weapon up to his head and fired, the clip shows.

He was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The shooting appeared to be gang-related, cops said Thursday.

It was unclear Thursday morning whether cops were seeking any other suspects, in addition to Torres.
