The parents of the New Jersey teen charged with murdering two classmates called cops four times about their violent son in the weeks before the horrific crime, according to a new report.

Jeffrey Battiloro reported to cops that he was having “juvenile issues” with his troubled son, Vincent, who was 17 at the time.

“He sprayed me in the face with Mace. He took my car,” the dad said on Aug. 24, NJ.com reported based on records obtained through the Freedom of Information Act.

Less than a week later, the father told police, “he’s getting physical.”

Just weeks later, Vincent would go on to allegedly mow down two classmates, Maria Niotis and Isabella Salas, at 70 mph in his car while the girls rode their bikes in Cranford on Sept. 29.

Jeffrey, a retired Chatham police officer, first called the police on Aug. 9 through a non-emergency line, requesting some “advice” about his son.

“I wanna just speak to him [an officer] and go over a couple juvenile issues that are going on with my son right now and just get some … advice,” the dad said, calling from his home in Garwood, near Cranford.

A couple weeks later, on Aug. 24, he dialed 911 to report a “juvenile issue” and said the police had been to the home previously.

After the dispatcher asks what’s going on, Jeffrey says his son had sprayed him with Mace. But the call ends abruptly without more information.

Two days later, on Aug. 26, Judith Battiloro, Vincent’s mother, calls the Garwood police to tell them her ex-husband Jeffrey kicked Vincent out of the house, leaving him to wander the streets.

The mother told the dispatcher her son showed up at her home and was “angry because of what was happening to him.”

The last call came on Aug. 30, four weeks before Vincent allegedly mowed down the two teens.

His father once again reports a “juvenile issue” and explains that police have been to their home before.

“I would highly recommend –” Jeffrey says, but the dispatcher cuts him off.

“What happened tonight, sir, that you’re calling 911?” the dispatcher says.

“He’s getting physical,” the dad replies, before the call ends.

Family and neighbors said Vincent had been stalking and pranking Niotis for months before he allegedly killed her.

In a YouTube video from Sept. 23, the teen said he had a “vengeance” for Niotis after she accused him of sending child pornography, which got him in trouble, according to NJ.com. He also admitted to sitting in a car outside her home, stalking her family.

“You should not have accused me of sending porn and you should not have dragged me into creating a police report … you made a decision making a bad name of myself, you made a bad decision having this girl return to this school without me being there,” he said in the video.

Vincent was questioned the day of the crash but released and arrested two days later. In the hours in between, he allegedly livestreamed a video, claiming there was “more to the story.”

The Union County Prosecutor’s Office charged Vincent Battiloro with two counts of murder but has not said whether he will be tried as an adult.
