A Park Avenue physician was bilked out of more than $50,000 by his crooked female office manager during a nearly yearlong check scam, authorities said yesterday.

From 2009 to May 2010, employee Alba Silverio swiped patients’ checks made out to Dr. Jeffrey Mechanik, a Manhattan Criminal Court complaint charges.

She deposited the checks into accounts belonging to her and her son, the complaint says.
