A crazed driver who jumped a curb in Harlem and plowed into a father and his 8-year-old boy has been arrested, cops said Wednesday.

Thomas Green, 27, was charged with attempted murder and assault in a wild Nov. 6 incident that was captured on surveillance, according to police.

The father-son duo was walking on West 112th Street near Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard around 3:45 p.m. when Green allegedly drove his white BMW on the curb and hit the two, sending them through a gate, according to police.

The father and son were rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem but were OK, according to officials.

Green allegedly targeted the father in the attack, police sources previously told The Post.
