Bensonhurst’s most notorious disturbed man caused pandemonium again early Thursday when he brandished a knife and threatened to leap from the window of his fifth-floor apartment, cops said.
At 12:30 a.m., cops for the second time in five months had to corral the man, whose name was not disclosed, at his Bay Parkway home.

“He’s done this before,” Izzy Randolf said. “Everyone knows he has problems — bad problems.”
After being apprehended, the man was transported to Coney Island Hospital where he was to undergo psychiatric evaluation, authorities said.
In November of last year, the emotionally troubled resident spent hours shimmying back and forth nearly naked on a narrow ledge outside his apartment window, police said.
Cops were able to haul him in during the Nov. 30 incident by casting a safety net over him as he clung to the ledge.
