Cops took down a large-scale, long-running heroin-distribution ring on Staten Island Wednesday, arresting 11 people, officials said.
Five people were indicted in connection with the trafficking network, which operated up and down Hylan Boulevard, according to police and the Staten Island District Attorney’s Office.
Six more were arrested during search-warrant executions that yielded 948 glassine envelopes of heroin, approximately $28,000 in cash and two firearms, according to the DA’s office.
Cops also recovered two cars used by the alleged traffickers, police said.
