Cops pulled over a driver in the Bronx for failing to use his headlights and ended up busting him for illegal gun possession, a police source said.

Police from the 41st Precinct detected the smell of marijuana inside the car after stopping it in Hunts Point at the corner of Bruckner Boulevard and Hunts Point Boulevard around 11:30 p.m. Sunday.

They found a .25-caliber Jimenez handgun in the center console, the source said. Troy James, of Harlem, was arrested and faces illegal gun and drug possession charges. He has nine prior arrests but all of them are sealed.
