Firefighters rescued a plucky pet iguana from a Queens blaze — but they weren’t about to take it back to their station house.

The 3-foot-long lizard was found in the attic of a Jamaica home that caught fire at 10:32 a.m. Wednesday.

The fire was extinguished 30 minutes later and firefighters returned the critter to the home.

Meanwhile, police in Flushing brought a stray Komodo dragon to a local animal hospital, the 109th Precinct tweeted Wednesday.
