A sushi stealing ninja is on the loose in Queens.

The fish fiend ripped off $1,600 in raw fish from a Long Island City Japanese restaurant on July 6, cops said yesterday.

The suspected sushi swiper snuck in through the backdoor of Sushi X Restaurant near 47th Street on Northern Boulevard at 10:40 p.m. and snatched up cases stocked full of raw tuna, red snapper, crab and eel before making a run for it, police said.

Cops described the suspect as a black male in his 30s or 40s with a thin build.
