This is the man who cops believe took off in a car with three kids inside during a dramatic Brooklyn carjacking last week.
Police released a surveillance photo late Friday of the suspect in the Dec. 7 incident at Flatlands Avenue and East 81st Street.
Cops say a woman went into a store near Flatlands Avenue and East 81st Street in Canarsie, leaving her husband and their three kids — an 8-year-old girl, a 2-year-old boy and a 1-year-old girl — outside in a white 2005 Acura MDX with Pennsylvania license plates, police sources said.
The father got out of the car to smoke a cigarette, leaving the SUV parked and running with his kids inside around 4:45 p.m, when the suspect — a complete stranger — hopped in and drove off, the sources said.
About two-and-a-half hours later, the car was found on Farragut Road and East 78th Street with the kids safe inside.

They were taken to Kings County Hospital, where they were evaluated and released.
But a week later, the alleged carjacker remained on the loose. Cops describe him as black and in his late teens or early 20s.
He’s seen in the surveillance image wearing a black jacket over a grey hoodie.
